Everyone voted for Fukuda because he was dangerous. Now everyone is getting rid of Law because he got rid of someone dangerous. Aoi doesn't understand what anyone thinks anyone is supposed to do.

Yeah... People are pretty complicated, so the stuff they deal with is complicated, too.
